# We build the machines that take water out of food.

Freeze Dryer Factory is the export equipment brand of Shanghai Mars Industrial Co., Ltd., a Shanghai manufacturer of industrial freeze dryers, vacuum fryers and washing machines.

Who we are

## A focused factory, not a catalogue reseller.

We concentrate on three machine families that share the same engineering core — vacuum, refrigeration, heat transfer and hygienic stainless-steel fabrication:

- [Industrial freeze dryers](https://freezedryerfactory.com/products/freeze-dryers/) — QS-FD-20, QS-FD-100 and QS-FD-200 chambers in three configurations.
- [Low-temperature vacuum fryers](https://freezedryerfactory.com/products/vacuum-fryers/) — 5 kg to 300 kg per batch.
- [Oil washing machines](https://freezedryerfactory.com/products/washing-machines/) — 3 t/h for fruit, vegetables, olives and poultry.

Because the same team designs, welds, wires and tests each machine, we can adapt voltage, heating, controls and layout to your plant without passing you between subcontractors.

What we stand for

## Three promises on every order

### Tested before it ships

Every machine is assembled, run and filmed. You approve the video before we crate it — and machinery test reports are included.

### Honest sizing

We size from shelf area, loading density and your real product, not from headline numbers. If a smaller machine does the job, we say so.

### Support for the machine's life

Lifetime warranty on freeze dryers and long-term warranty on fryers, with remote video support and a spare-parts list from day one.

Process

## How a project runs

[See project blueprints](https://freezedryerfactory.com/projects/)

### Consult & test

We review your product, output and site, and run your sample on a test machine.

### Engineer

Sizing, layout, utility list and a fixed-scope quotation with lead time.

### Build & inspect

Fabrication in SUS304, factory acceptance test on video, export packing.

### Install & train

Installation guidance, operator training and remote commissioning support.
